Procedure:
Payment: Pricequotation:2-3daysbased on the information.
Development sample:1-2 weeks after inquiry.
Lab-dip:4-5days (local)and7-10days (imported).

Supplier Credibility

To ensure the quality we evaluate the capacity and capability of every factory. We make sure that our supplier can meet customer’s requirements when it comes to reaching the number of pieces produced as per customer’s requirement at a given period of time to meet schedule.

Material Sourcing

Upon placement of orders, we check and control the quality of all materials such as yarn, fabric, accessories, labeling and coordinate timing of their procurement and its timely delivery to meet the shipment date.

Sampling Process

Sampling Process

We develop and provide samples as per buyers design, fabric quality, weight, shrinkage, color fastness, specifications etc. to obtain buyers approval before heading to production through our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and production.

Quality Control/Assurance

Our Quality Assurance Inspectors visit the manufacturing sites at various stages of production to ensure that Quality and specifications conform to our customers’ orders and mutually agreed standards. We always want to deliver satisfaction to our customers. We monitor the order from sourcing of raw materials and accessories to production and up to the final inspection.

Conduct Inspection

When the goods are finally ready, a Final Inspection (according to customer AQL standard) is conducted by our QA team (if it is required by our customers).

Logistic Support

If it is required our experienced logistics department can work diligently and communicate with the customers import department and their forwarding agents for timely shipments which includes checking / tracking shipping documents, freight consolidation, and coordination of information between all the parties involved. This cooperation results in reducing unnecessary delays.
